Shipping
Orders are dispatched approximately 1-3 business days after order is placed. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for packages after they are shipped, and we do not refund money in the event that a package is delayed or stopped at the border.
We ship on Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays.

USA + Canada: 1-5 business days
UK: 1-4 business days
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden : 3-7 business days

Your products get boxed up in plain packaging and are delivered straight to your door.
Returns + Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds. All Sales are Final.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Customs
We are not responsible for packages after they are shipped, and we do not refund your money in the event that customs seizes your package. They can seize it before and after it has been sent to your country. However you can always track and trace your package to follow the latest status of your package.
Incorrect Address or Address Change
If an incorrect address is given, we are not liable for the package and cannot issue a refund. If a tracking number for the parcel shows that a package was delivered, we are not liable for the package if it was not received by customer. We do not provide refunds if your order says it was delivered.
If you need to change your shipping address, notify is within two hours or placing order with new shipping address. We will not be able to accommodate all changes.
